Is my date available?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured. To ensure artisanal quality for every client, we only accept a limited number of bookings per weekend.
How do I book?
Once we confirm availability for your event date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your artisanal decor and/or base rentals.
Can I make changes?
We allow certain adjustments to your booking up to 15 days before your event, provided the new items or customizations are available. You will be notified if any additional non-refundable costs are projected.
What about cancellations?
If you need to cancel, please let us know immediately. While deposits are non-refundable, we may be able to apply them to a future date if the schedule permits.
